Established during the year 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes started as a family business within the Northern Italy's biggest industrial place. In the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in constructing pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, a wide range of forklifts, presses, prefabrication molds and farming equipments.
The business started crane production in 1963. Eventually, the company pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the field of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru sells and makes 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These equipments are designed and engineered for a variety of uses and there are available models which could cover all construction requirements.
FMgru has several really flexible lifting options for smaller businesses working on private homes and other smaller buildings. Self-erecting cranes offer 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Topless tower cranes are amongst their other models. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are user friendly and extremely adaptable. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are many cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes provide a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are standard tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any building or construction project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These cranes are particularly designed to work in tight locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are situated near each other.
