Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides a lot more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide different optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you accomplish all your needs, while being safe and efficient at the worksite. If accuracy and precision are really important, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you need.
The Future
To be able to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible, many attachments have been engineered and made like booms, winches, and rotating fork carriages, to allow the forklift to position materials more precisely. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures so as to place loads in the center of upper floors or on interior roof slope settings. New products and attachments are being made and designed all the time and would debut in the future.
Many improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For example, load-reach management devices could restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
Once the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the extension of the boom and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
