Hyster IC Forklifts Wisconsin

Hyster IC Forklifts Wisconsin

Hyster enjoys a unique relationship with our clients. We try to produce complete customer satisfaction created through world class manufacturing. Our goal is to anticipate the requirements of all our clients in addition to deal with them with lift trucks which deliver the dependability, the value and the performance that they need.

At Hyster, we believe in starting with the client. We annually conduct focus groups and provide an on-going voice of customer research both on line as well as in the field. We have more than 400 design engineers to translate that input into clever designs by implementing our rigorous review gate process. Virtual prototype builds and advanced tools help ensure the best equipment practices come together. Other advanced tools like for instance virtual prototype builds and dynamic modeling help to shorten our product development cycle. We enjoy giving our clients a competitive edge.

All of our machinery are subjected to environmental, virtual and physical tests, so as to ensure the lowest cost of ownership and total reliability. Not only do we test against our own standards, but we are also always testing against the competition's products. Our final tests happen in real-world customer applications in order to make certain that our products have met our highest standards.

Demand-Flow Manufacturing Which is Smart and Lean
Hyster's manufacturing is world-class driven by its Demand Flow Technology or DFT. Each aspect of plant operation is driven by DFT lean manufacturing principals toward a single goal: to deliver total client satisfaction and flawless quality 100 percent of the time, every time.

Total Quality All The Time
Hyster uses an integrated MES or Manufacturing Execution System to initiate excellence from the start. The MES is responsible for managing flow of production. The MES coordinates line activities such as quality verification and part sequencing. It also utilizes quality gates and torque tools to prevent less than perfect assemblies from continuing down the line. Hyster holds random audits in every shift. These audits actually hold every worker accountable for consistent quality, combined with the 5s workplace organization in place to help us attain it.

As standard with all our products, Hyster provides a huge array of features. The company has remained completely dedicated to its key focus on safety and quality, on being innovative each and every time, and by offering several of the best material handling machinery on the market. These are only some of the reasons why the corporation has become a leader within the industry.
