To be able to efficiently handle laden and empty containers for stacking in a safe manner, or unloading and loading between road truck, barge, terminal and railcar, CAT has designed and engineered many pieces of equipment to get the job done.

When outfitted with forks or with a side-spreader, the container handler lift truck can stack up to 5 containers. The cabin can be placed in 3 various positions to offer an optimal view and excellent safety.

There are a range of container handlers which have been particularly engineered to stack empty containers as much as 8 high in a secure and safe way. The machinery can be outfitted with a spreader for double handling or single handling. The cabin has been rear mounted for the best visibility options.
