Nissan Narrow Aisle Forklifts Wisconsin

Nissan Narrow Aisle Forklifts Wisconsin

Nissan's UFS reach trucks are able to function in a 4-way action, which enables these models to carry out accurate tasks in any direction. Typically, these narrow aisle forklifts are utilized for loading and unloading from ground level, stacking of long, wide or normal loads up to 9700 mm and internal transfer.

The UFS models could accommodate long cargo up to 2.5 ton in narrow aisles, and wide loads as well. These features allow the lift truck to make the most of storage space and will accommodate each and every type of pallet, like closed versions. The space efficiency of this specific unit is extenuated due to its extended mast option.

Similar to the majority of reach trucks on the market, the maintenance expenses are fairly low. Most of the components are basic and easily accessible across the range.

CAN Bus technology is used in the truck's BITE or Built In Test Equipment. This special feature provides self-diagnosis and monitoring. The truck's LCD screen provides precise fault data to feature improved maintenance and repair times. This allows the operator to enjoy more up-time and overall less costs.

URF is a very advanced unit of narrow aisle truck which is equipped with swivel-reach. The forks horizontally turn 180 degrees to allow stacking to the front as well as on either side of the aisle. This truck is able to be used with wire guided operation in aisles as narrow as 1.5 meters or in free-ranging operations all over the warehouse. The way this specific lift truck has been made enables optimum warehouse space use and the overall operation is faster and simpler as opposed to man-up operations. The power steering option, complete with mini steering wheel, fully adjustable seat and fingertip controls and the "floating" arm rest, all contribute to comfortable and productive operation. Statistics show that the more comfortable and happy the operator is the higher level of productivity.

The rotating forks on the URF unit can be used for both aisle and warehouse handling operations. This unit is best suited for aisle-ways which are just 300 mm wider than the transported load. In addition, the Autostop extra safety feature stops the truck automatically at the end of the aisles. Ancillary equipment and data terminals are incorporated easily. The video-view applications enable the operator to maintain the "man-down" position for simple truck access while visually inspecting the load at every stage of the handling procedure.
